2. Recharge and Bill Payments

1. **Accuracy:** The customer is **solely responsible** for ensuring the accuracy of the **mobile number, DTH ID, or BBPS consumer ID** when making a recharge or bill payment. **Vi Express** will not be responsible for any loss due to incorrect information provided.
2. **Cancellation:** A recharge or bill payment **cannot be cancelled or refunded** once successfully processed.
3. **Failure:** If a transaction fails due to technical reasons and the money is debited, the amount will be refunded to the source account within **7-10 working days**.
4. **Limitations:** **Vi Express** reserves the right to impose limits on the amount and frequency of any transaction.

3. Fees and Payment

1. The use of our services is **generally free**, but minor **convenience fees** may apply for certain BBPS bill payments or special services, which will be clearly displayed before payment.
2. All payments are accepted **only through electronic means**.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall **Vi Express** or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.
